The Members of the Independent People of Biafra (IPOB) recently stormed the Royal London hospital white chapel,where President Muhammadu Buhari was allegedly expected on June 16 Thursday.Pro-Biafran Supporters who were seen holding posters and flags,claimed that Buhari was receiving treatment in that same hospital.
However,Vice President Yemi Osinbajo has said that he spoke with the president over the phone and that there was no need for Buhari to rush back to Nigeria.He also stated that the president is in perfect condition and needs more time to rest.
The president is expected to be back from his trip on june 19th (Sunday) and resume his duties on Monday 20th.
Nigeria being regarded as a major economic player in Africa and the World,Nigerians are worried and skeptical that the current state of the President may hinder him from performing his duties effectively.
