To be a participants, below are the guidelines:

1. Take a photo of yourselves flashing the peace signs.

2. Upload it on Instagram, follow and tag the official sweat4peace handle @Sweat4Peace also hash tag #sweat4peace.

3. The photo with the highest number of likes on the handle, wins a free T-Shirt and lots of freebies for the August 12th Sweat4Peace photoshoot campaign.

4. Winners will be announced on July 31st.
